In commercial real estate matters, advises clients in the purchase and sale of land and lease negotiations. In environmental law matters, regularly advises clients on how environmental law impacts on business activities and transactions, and provides advice respecting environmental compliance and liability issues. In mining law matters, regularly advises clients on the acquisition and financing of mineral leases and mining claims.
